Imagine starting a band in your high school days. You gather a group of friends, emulate music that turns your crank and, most importantly, have fun. For most groups, this is where music begins and ends – the sound traveling no further than the garage, or, maybe, the area Elks Lodge.
Some groups are lucky enough to take things a bit
further – honing their material, releasing a record and allowing their music to take them to different parts of the country to perform in front of paying audiences. Realizing that major fortune and fame are like finding a needle in a haystack, most bands would aspire to have nothing more than good times and fond memories with, hopefully, a small dose of acclaim along the way.
For a select few, a combination of dedication, growth and fate somehow coalesce together to transport their band to unimagined heights.
The Massachusetts-based is one of these aforementioned freaks of nature – a group that began chaotic and harsh, but, over time, has blossomed into a beautiful butterfly; developing their once metal-hardcore sound into something visionary - leaps and bounds past any original intentions.
